Large component dimensions often make it necessary to be able to load the furnace from above, usually by crane. The usable space of the furnace must be prepared accordingly to the component. Trestles are often used to support the component. We manufacture the trestles individually to suit your batch.
Depending on the specifications, Nolzen box furnaces can be used for hardening, tempering, and annealing components of any size. For large box furnaces, a walkway can be installed above the box as an option to enable easy and safe loading.
